Point Park Returns Home to Host Salem on Tuesday
PITTSBURGH – Point Park volleyball returns home to host Salem University in a non-conference match on Tuesday night at the PPU Student Center. First serve is set for 7 p.m.
Point Park comes into the match with a record of 3-11 on the season, including a mark of 2-3 in MEC play. Salem comes into Tuesday's match with a record of 3-15.

Storylines
- Point Park dropped a pair of 3-1 conference matches against West Liberty and Fairmont State last week.
- Giulia Follador led the Pioneers in both matches, recording 16 kills at West Liberty and 15 more in Friday's match at Fairmont State.
- Sophomore libero Mia Arndt recorded 15 digs in both of Point Park's matches last week.
- Eden McElhaney is leading Point Park with 135 kills this season. The senior outside hitter has turned in six double-double (kills-digs) performances on the year.
- Follador is second on the team in kills with 130.
- Freshman middle hitter Patricia Calero-Irizarry is currently leading the team with a .142 hitting percentage and is tied for the team lead with 29 total blocks. Haley Stormer also has 29 blocks for the Pioneers this season.
- Senior setter Elise Wallace ranks fifth in the MEC in assists per set this season (8.18). In total, she has 409 assists on the year.
- Arndt currently ranks sixth in the MEC in digs per set (3.64) this season. She is currently tied for the team-lead with 160 digs on the year.
- Point Park will return to the road on Friday with an MEC match at Concord University. First serve is set for 7 p.m. from Athens.
