
Pioneers Take Third at Greater Louisville Classic on Saturday
LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Point Park men's cross country team finished third at the Greater Louisville Classic on Saturday afternoon. Sophomore Luke McKenna highlighted the afternoon for the Pioneers with a fifth-place finish (25:28.7).
Freshman Albin Petschauer was the second Pioneers to cross the finish line in 25th place (27:09.3), while Jannik Windelband finished 35th with a time of 27.28.1.
On the team leaderboard, William Carey took first place with 67 points, followed by Indianapolis (84) and Point Park (112) in second and third, respectively.
Joseph Skoog (unattached) took first place in the 8k race with a time of 24:35.4.
The Pioneers will return to action next Saturday at the 22nd Annual Carnegie Mellon Invitational. The event will be run at Schenley Park in Pittsburgh.
