
Point Park Travels South For Second Match Against Concord
PITTSBURGH – Point Park will look to snap its two-game skid on Wednesday afternoon at Concord. The MEC match is slated for a 3:30 p.m. kickoff at Callaghan Stadium in Athens.
Point Park comes into Wednesday's game with a record of 5-5-1, including a 3-5-1 mark in MEC matches. Point Park is 3-2-1 in home matches this season, compared to 2-3 on the road. Concord enters Wednesday's game with a record of 7-2-2 (6-1-2 MEC). The Mountain Lions have won three-straight games and have a 3-0-1 record at home this season.
Concord edged Point Park, 2-1, in the first meeting between the two programs' back on Sept. 8. The Mountain Lions scored the game's first two goals and held on for the close win.
