Garcia picks up RSC Men's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week

A sophomore from Sant Celoni, Spain, Garcia was a part of three wins for the Pioneers. He played all 270 minutes in goal on the week to improve Point Park to 3-0. Garcia made four saves each in a 5-1 win over Goshen (Ind.) and a 2-1 win over No. 17 Madonna (Mich.). There were also two saves in a 2-1 victory over Michigan-Dearborn. 

Poitn Park will take on Southeastern (Fla.) and Warner (Fla.) this weekend in Florida.
